What if my order is not correct?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed a mistake with your order, please contact email@example.com, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
How do I return an order?
Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition to; ONLINE RETURNS 769 Santee St. Los Angeles, CA 90014 within 14 working days of receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. HLZBLZ is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.
How do I make an exchange?
If you need to make an exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition and sent to; ONLINE RETURNS 769 Santee St. Los Angeles, CA 90014 within 30 days from receipt. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing the package to ensure the desired item will be available. Please be sure to include your order number in any and all correspondence. HLZBLZ is not financially responsible for shipping charges.
Do we accept returns?
We are happy to refund any purchase provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for cost of returned shipping. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. All returns past the 14-day period will be given store credit. Items returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
